We honour the original recipes and practices of  traditional Roman cuisine. 
However, when you dine with us, you’ll see how passionate we are about creativity and innovation. Our dishes are classics with a contemporary touch. 
We look for locally sourced products with exceptional flavours and seasonality. Only foods made with love can be found on our menu.

Il Ristoro degli Angeli, which has been listed in the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand category since 2019, is open for dinner Monday through Sunday, and for lunch on Fryday, Saturday and Sunday.
